I've been going to the gym for around 5-6 months , 3 times a week for around 1.5 hours at a time, doing all your standard exercises bench pressing etc and i feel i'm well within my ability and haven't had any aches and pains aside from the normal after workout pains :)
I'm 6'2 and weigh around 80kg (13stone) if this is of any use, and imho i am still growing quite rapidly."

"Working out is an excellent way to relieve the anxiety and stress that everyone feels from time to time. Instead of downing a gallon of ice cream, or drinking your troubles away, head to the gym to clear your mind. If you have a friend that is a good listener, ask him to come along with you so you can have a chat while you workout."

3. What are the risks of joining a gym at a young age?

The risk of joining a gym at a young age are that you could injure yourself if you not careful or not using the equipment properly. Young aged people can be more active but silly if there not careful about using the equipment properly, it can cost them a lot of money to pay back the gym. Young aged people can also try and be clever and try to workout how to use the equipment themselves if they don't know how to use the equipment. Young people have to be very careful in terms of people that they are surrounded by because the area that they are in can be dangerour for example if there is a gym in a bad area and there some people are known to have done crimes, there is a chance that the person can be kidnapped or rapped. So by this it can be dangerour for some young people who join a gym. Some of the other down sides to gym is they gym can affect your growth if you start at a young age but the good thing about gym is that there are many other ways of staying fit and health plus gaining mucles by the different workout that fitness instructors can teach and show.

"I've been told that lifting weights and doing weight training as part of an exercise program can be damaging to epiphyseal plates, having researched this on the internet i was wondering whether or not this is actually the case, i could find no evidence supporting this, but the information came from a reliable source to begin with, wondering if anyone might be able to help?

6. How does the research devoloped your documentary idea?

The research helps devolop my documentary idea because I have lots of things that I can explain and talk about, also i'm very interested and passionate about the documentary idea. There are a few things that i might have to research into which I think shouldn't be hard to get hold of, I would have to go to certain experts which I have access to that i can ask and get so when I do produce the documentary I will have all the information and research that I will need to explain and talk about in the documentary. The research and information that I get will help me be more detailed in terms of explaining properly about each subject with the topic more understanding for the audience to watch and take in.
